A product gets no score until four things are settled: a European price, the exact model, the must-have features of the category and the recall status. The same conditions apply to every product.
Four basic checks

At least one documented European price

Exact product and variant identified

All must-have features of the category

No active safety recall
Price or identity unclear → not assessable
Must-have feature missing or active recall → rejected
One award line
At least 70 of 100 points under the standard of its category. There are no tiers and no grades: a product either earns the award or it does not.
Evidence before claims
A feature without a usable source and quote counts as missing. That can cost points, and we never fill the gap with an assumption to make a result look better.
