The Bluetti Elite 100 V2 is a portable power station with a 1,024 Wh LiFePO4 battery and a 230 V pure sine wave output. It scored 73 out of 100 against the benchmark for portable power stations with 230 V AC output, clear of the 70-point award threshold. The assessment covered 91.7 percent of the benchmark criteria; all four mandatory requirements and all six expectations for its price class were documented as met.

The score is built on a base of 70 points. Documented strengths contributed the maximum creditable 15 bonus points, the 60-month warranty added 3, and the position within the price class added none. Three documented negative characteristics subtracted 15 points in total, which leaves 73. The award therefore rests on evidence of capability, not on an absence of criticism in the record.

In practice the unit combines fast mains charging — 80 percent in 45 minutes, a full charge in about 70 — with a 1,000 W MPPT solar input and a switchover time of 10 milliseconds for uninterrupted supply of sensitive equipment. Mains charging reaches 80 percent in 45 minutes and a full charge in approximately 70 minutes, confirmed across five independent sources. The class expectation of 80 percent within roughly an hour is met, and the complete recharge inside about an hour added a further 3 bonus points.

Solar input of 1,000 W

The class expectation is at least about 300 W of MPPT solar input. Documented is a maximum solar input of 1,000 W with built-in MPPT, sufficient for a full charge from sunlight in 70 minutes under favourable conditions. Being clearly above class level, this was credited with 3 bonus points.

Documented quiet operation

Manufacturer data confirmed by six independent sources records 30 dB under loads up to 600 W, that is near-silent operation at light load. Documented quiet running below roughly 40 dB is a bonus criterion of the benchmark and added 3 points. Two USB-C outputs at 100 W and 140 W added 2 more.

The verified reference price is €599, which places the Elite 100 V2 in the mid price class of €300 to €700; four shop listings were checked for the assessment. That class is expected to provide at least about 800 Wh of LiFePO4 capacity, 1,500 W continuous AC, app control, UPS switchover under 30 ms, 80 percent mains charging in around an hour and 300 W MPPT solar. All six were documented as met; the price position itself earned no additional bonus.

What to consider

Three negative characteristics were documented and cost 15 points. The app requires a Bluetti cloud account, and a customer report describes direct connection without a pairing code; further reports cite app and firmware defects; one unit is described as self-discharging to zero during a month of inactivity and then failing to restart. CE and battery-regulation conformity was assumed from documented EU distribution. Long-term durability, service quality and subjective preference lie outside the assessment.
