The verdict
The Xiaomi Smart Double Stack Air Fryer 12L scored 78 of 100 against the benchmark for air fryers with basket, dual-zone and multifunction designs, version 2026.07-4, clearly above the 70-point award threshold. Assessed on 25 July 2026 at a verified reference price of €134.99, it fulfilled every mandatory safety and control criterion and three of the four expectations defined for its price class.

Two baskets that run at the same time, a one-touch synchronisation function, 14 preset programs and a turn-over reminder every eight minutes are all evidenced in publicly available product documentation. Why it won
Two zones, one finish
The appliance carries an upper and a lower basket that cook at the same time, each with its own temperature and duration. A Sync button aligns both zones so that two different dishes are ready together. This is precisely the parallel-cooking expectation the class benchmark sets, and it was met in full.
Full control without cloud
Temperature between 40 and 230 °C and cooking time can be set directly on the unit using the left and right controls, with no Wi-Fi connection or companion app required for normal use. Documented independence from a cloud service earned three bonus points, the largest single award in this assessment.
Fourteen programs and reminders
The benchmark expects at least six preset programs plus a shake reminder in this class. The documentation shows 14 firmware recipes and an automatic turn-over prompt every eight minutes, so the program range is more than twice the required minimum and the reminder function is present as specified.
Dehydrating, warming, accessories
A drying mode and a dried-fruit program at 60 °C extend the temperature range downwards, while a keep-warm stage holds food at 80 °C for 30 minutes after cooking ends. Two grill racks and a frying plate are included as standard. Together these three points of evidence contributed six bonus points.

The verified reference price of €134.99 places the appliance in the upper price class, defined for this category as €130 to €220. That class is expected to provide two cooking zones or XXL capacity, synchronised finishing, a broad program set and either a turbo mode or a lit viewing window. What to consider
One class expectation was not met: neither a dedicated turbo or max-crisp mode nor a viewing window with interior light is documented, despite a stated maximum of 230 °C. That deduction cost six points. Warranty terms could not be verified from the sources examined, so no warranty bonus was granted, and CE conformity was assumed on the basis of documented EU distribution rather than an inspected declaration.
