The verdict
The Navee ST3 PRO scored 79 of 100 against the benchmark for road-legal electric kick scooters, comfortably clear of the 70-point award threshold. It is assessed as a mid-range model at a verified reference price of €599.00, and it carries the paperwork required for German road use: a general operating permit (ABE) under the eKFV including a mount for the insurance plate, plus CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity for distribution in the EU.
The award rests on equipment documented well above what its price class is expected to offer. Full suspension, high motor power, good brakes, turn indicators, a bag hook, traction control and an automatic headlight were all recorded, as was Apple Find My integration that locates the scooter even when it is switched off, with no subscription attached. Together the bonus features reached the maximum of 13 points the method allows.
Four of five class expectations were met: a manufacturer range of 75 km at 15 km/h, turn indicators fitted as standard, a Bluetooth immobiliser with firmware updates through the Navee app, and a payload of 120 kg. The 24-month warranty meets the baseline without earning a bonus, and no negative characteristics were recorded. The score therefore comes from documented breadth of capability rather than one headline figure.
Why it won
Equipment above its class
The strongest single item in the assessment, worth four points: the ST3 PRO is documented as fully suspended and combines high motor power and good brakes with extras that its price class does not assume, among them turn indicators, a bag hook, traction control and an automatic headlight.
Tracking without a subscription
Apple Find My integration lets the scooter be located at any time, including when it is switched off, and no subscription is required for it. This is reinforced by a Bluetooth immobiliser lock operated through the Navee app, which also delivers firmware updates.
Traction control and lighting
An extended traction control system guards against drive-wheel spin on slippery surfaces. Alongside it sit a separate stop light and automatic headlights that adjust brightness for night riding, plus an IPX5 water protection rating for the vehicle, which is above the standard expected in this class.
Range and payload documented
The manufacturer range of 75 km at 15 km/h clears the class expectation of roughly 45 km by a wide margin and was confirmed by ten independent sources. The maximum load capacity of 120 kg meets the class expectation exactly, making the scooter usable across a broad range of riders.

The verified reference price is €599.00, placing the ST3 PRO in the mid price class of €400 to €700. That class is expected to deliver roughly 45 km of range, turn indicators as standard, an app with immobiliser and firmware updates, and a 120 kg payload. What to consider
One class expectation was not met: the benchmark asks for pneumatic tyres of approximately 10 inches, while the ST3 PRO uses 12-inch tubeless off-road tyres. That documented difference cost six points. The 24-month warranty earns no bonus. Beyond this, the assessment weighs documented evidence only and deliberately does not cover long-term durability, subjective ride preference or the quality of after-sales service.
